Q.Can I bring large luggage to the boat?

There's no place in the boat to store the suitcase. Only small hand luggage can be carried into the boat when taking a boat. If you want to store your suitcase, please ask the counter.

Q.Can I take a boat on a rainy day?

We will operate as long as there is no significant flooding. There's a awning on the boat. But it is recommended to bring your own umbrella.

Q.Can I bring a digital camera on boat for shooting?

We do not regulate it, but we are not responsible for custody.

Q.If I come by car, is there a parking lot nearby?

Free parking available（For Rafting Kuma River・White Water Rafting・restaurant and souvenir purchase customers only）

Q.What should I do if I come by car?

Free shuttle bus started on March 1,2015. Guests can park their car at the free parking lot at Hitoyoshi embarkation point. If you plan to use the shuttle bus, please contact us at the time of booking.

Q.What should I wear?

Rafting The Kuma River: Have a little spray. If you are worried,can go to the shop to buy easy and convenient raincoat White Water Rafting: The upper body is wearing a swimsuit or T-Shirt is OK.

Q.Can babies take Rafting The Kuma River?

That’s ok.Infants under 3 years old are free of charge for 1 adult. Infant charge for two or more people.

Q.Can't seasick?

Rivers are different from the sea, so don't worry.But don’t drink to much!

Q.If I want take Rafting The Kuma River I must to make the reservation?

When you go directly,must check the status of the day's reservation. Maybe it is impossible to take a boat. Hope to make a reservation in advance. If it is not possible to get out of the boat due to changes in the weather, we will also call in advance to inform the guests who have made the reservation.

Q.How to get back to departure point after course?

We have a free shuttle bus.
